"Enjoying the Caribbean is always a crap shoot, Oyster Bay at this time of year was definitely a mix of good and bad. The counter staff was horrible but the bar and cleaning crews were so great!!!! I think this was the first time I have been hung up on in years but the actual staff that did the work were amazing. Poor customer service but great service, if that makes sense.
