"The hotel itself is in great condition and looks well maintained, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the service is on the level of a hostel rather than a proper hotel. "This is a perfect resort for our two and four-year-old! Everything was very clean, food was much better than we were expecting, the pool was clean and the slides were great for the kids! Two employees specifically, Sharon and Jackie were so great with our kids seeking them out and connecting with them each time we saw them. The ocean at the resort is pretty rough but the beach is pretty. Also only 10 minute walk to Mullet Bay which was mostly calmer. "

"Wait times for the food was very long. We did all inclusive and sometimes had to wait more than 90 minutes for our food. "

"Nice staff nice spacious room only complaint if you’re going for the beach be aware it’s seaweed inside so you can’t access the beach also it’s far away from main attractions if you want a place that’s more quiet then oyster is perfect for you "

"Very good location. Good access to restaurants for dinner and beach bars for lunch. Breakfast was fine. Rooms are clean. Water is not drinkable and sometimes smells. Property is very strict, only 1 espresso pod per person per night. Only one beach towel and it needs to be exchanged via towel card. Also no outside food or drinks on the beach chairs. The ocean view rooms, ocean view is marjinal."
