"This property was just okay. I specifically picked this hotel for its location and the fact there were cribs listed on the site as ammenities. Upon check in, I was told they did not have cribs, nor did they have any linen they would give me for the pack and play we had to purchase. This was rather inconvenient and I would have picked a different hotel that included breakfast had I known the situation. The beds were rather hard, but it worked out okay for one night. The hotel looked pretty wonderful in photos, but was rather dated and needed a good scrub clean. "

"Loved the location of this hotel and the view of the marina from my balcony. Room was a great size but didn’t like that there was not much cleaning service. We were there 4 nights and they brought fresh towels but didn’t make the bed either day. "

"Clean inside and out. In unit laundry. Walking distance to the beach. Staff is so nice and very informative. We will definitely come back. "

"Parking was closed off the secondary exist. Only one was in and out. The room had a stench like they used dirty polluted water or something to clean everything. The bathroom had an initial weird smell as well. The TV setup is at least 10-15 years old, but I assume they do not want to upgrade anything because they would have to charge more per night to "justify" the cost. The mattresses were exctremely thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Again, you get what you pay for. Theres no way you can justify $140 per night rate, but this is Ventura so it is what it is. "

"Room dirty, water bottles under bed, crumbs all over, arrived to wet bedding on bed. They had to replace. Locks on patio door broken, did not feel safe as a solo female traveler. All kitchen items had coating of grease and grime…I used NOTHING but the fridge/freezer..yuck! Holes in furniture covers, cabinets did not close and tenant that rented next to me smoked on their deck, going right into my unit if I had patio open. I blocked the doors at night and slept with one eye open. Comfortable bed…my only positive."

"Hotel is good for a stopping point or work stay. Beds are comfortable, room clean, mini fridge and microwave helpful in room. Tiny fitness center. Breakfast basics of fruit, cereal, juice, muffins, coffee, etc."
