"Stayed in this hotel for years. It is looking very, very tired. Carpets, fittings need overhauling. Very noisy with International visitors leaving and arriving at all times. Limited dining and bar options. Paid parking controlled by parking eye No clear attempts to reduce single use plastics. Should consider air conditioning with an upgrade. An ok place to stay but looking worn and customer service is lacking."

"Decent continental breakfast including poached eggs. Really does need A/C for very warm nights (as per when we stayed). Fan was provided on request which was fine but it can be very warm if you can't open windows due to being at street level. Also the lack of a lift DOES need very clearly pointing out on the website(s). All in all a very nice stay though and a lovely room and staff. Terrific location."

"Perfect stay. Only stayed a night, got there a bit late but there’s a leisure park 2 mins walk away with a cinema, arcade, crazy golf and stuff so if you’re too tired to go out can just go there for some entertainment. Hotel itself was very nice and clean and at a very peaceful and quiet location but only about 10-15 mins away from the centre. Aircon was good as it was a very hot day and the room came with a safe which was a nice touch. Complimentary breakfast had plenty of variety and everything was hot and fresh. Will definitely go again."
