10/10 Excellent

"Great price and great location! Very responsive & friendly staff at the caffe. Room service was good except that some of the equipment in the room (e.g., soap dispensers and lights) should be checked regularly. Soap dispensers in our room were all faulty. Note to future guests with disabilities: There are no lift to help carry heavy luggage to the upper floors. Everything must be hauled up via the stairway. That wasn't a problem for us but perhaps to others who might ask the staff for help (They'll do it with a smile)"

10/10 Excellent

"We had such a lovely stay at this clean and friendly hotel. Breakfast was superb and the staff amazing. The hotel is ideally situated with free car parking and a few minutes walk to the bus stop where regular buses took you into Oxford. We dined in the restaurant of an evening and had well cooked meals. Service was a little slow but worth the wait. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again."
