"This was a great place to stay especially for couples. The pond is very nice with kayaks and canoes available. A fire pit and hot tub at every cabin. The site manager is great and readily available if needed. Will definitely be going back to pond and pine. "
"This is a great, functional, place to stay if you are visiting Bates College. While it does overlook a Subaru dealership and an Olive Garden it is only 5 minutes from Bates and amidst every large discount store in the area, which was quite convenient for us. The staff is excellent. The only negative would be that they could use some more fresh fruit at the buffet other than the standard apples and bananas, and coffee is not strong. The suites are nice and I would stay there again for sure."
"Only complaint is parking. I was in town for an event, so the hotel was packed. I had to park in the “back lot” which wasn’t close to the main entrance. Property & room were well worth it."

"My friend and I had a short but wonderful stay at Greenwood Manor Inn while in the area for a wedding. Everything was lovely from our clean and comfortable room to the delicious breakfast out on the porch overlooking the picturesque gardens. Jill was very welcoming. We definitely plan to go back!"
