The house was Very good. The power was flickering during the first night. The power went completely off at 6 pm on the second day of our stay. Called the property management, spoke to the agent Precious. She told to wait till Hydro One repairs the power in the area. Called them again at 11pm, still without power, spoke to the same Precious. Asked for partial refund or for a credit towards our next stay. Been told, the company won’t do either, the power outages in the area are out of their hansa, it’s with Hydro One. Well, You’ve got our money, over 1K, not the power company - and You’ve shown how you “thrive for the best customer experience”. You’ve lost the customer, and referrals.

Beautiful property, very comfortable and clean. The only thing I didn't like is that they do not provide towels or bed linens, if you want the house with that is an $150 fee extra. Which is not fair at all considering the price of the property.
