"Questionable guests, they appeared to live there. Lots of late night activity from those guests, we could hear them outside of our room past midnight. The room was clean which we appreciate however the exterior of the motel needs some upkeep to help it feel safer and desirable. For example, better landscape, cleaner hallways, cleaner parking lot. Not sure if this can be improved but there was a lot of road noise that could be heard through the night. Staff was nice."

"We did not use the pool or spa but the courtyard was beautiful. The setting of this Inn nestled in the mountains is outstanding. We reserved a studio on the second floor and it was very spacious and clean. Had a beautiful view and clean with a very comfortable bed. We spent 2 nights and loved it. The breakfast was heat up egg cheese Berger, different muffins, yogurt and a small fruit. Coffee provided too. "

"Terrible experience, homeless people everywhere including smoking weed, having visibly weapons on them. We also asked the front desk lady for a new room and she very very rude. "

"We stayed here one night (Saturday to Sunday). We arrived around 3pm. Staff was friendly. Check-in was fine. The room smelled like cigarettes but not too bad. It probably was a smoking room at one time but they tried to clean it. There was scratching and gnawing that kept me up all night. I think the might have some kind of animal in their walls or ceiling. We were on their third floor and they only have three floors so I figure if it isn’t in the wall, it’s probably on the roof. When my husband turned and made noise the scratching would stop then start again after it was quiet. The AC was not very effective. It was hot in the room. The hot tub was out of service. "

"Room was mid. Cons: Toilet wasn’t flushing properly, cabinet drawers kept opening (likely due to various slamming doors from other people), various outlets didn’t work. Gym was tiny & elliptical machine was only there for show (it was rusted & there was no cord/plug to power it); no towels stocked at gym (at 6:30 am). No included breakfast - you can pay $15 per person voucher for a meal you typically would have for free at similar hotels. Pros: room was clean; bed was comfortable. Close the freeway and some amenities "

"The breakfast was very good. There was no exercise room and the current exercise room was being used as a storage closet. The housekeeping did not come to clean the room once. Ugh "
