"Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, food and surroundings. Big, big downfall was the pool area - full of unruly, very rude / naughty children / teenagers not staying at the hotel. They were extremely rude to us and other guests which left us unable to use the pool due to their behaviour and vile manners. "The stay was good, but we were really disappointed of the food. It was always the same, no varieties. The included drinks were from a machine (cheapest syrup), drinks in bottles cost extra. That was the biggest disadvantage and the reason we won´t recommend the hotel."

"Really nice place and fairly close to the front gate. It's super central in the old town. Parking was busy, but not as bad as Dubrovnik. Music at night was a little loud, but the bed was comfy and was able to tune it out. The staff were superb and the complimentary breakfast was pretty amazing."
