"I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed...

"Gorgeous relaxing beach. Rooms are fine, but a little "tired". Spend the money to stay on the beach side of the resort. Parking is a bit of a problem (a long hike from the entrance). Pool side was enjoyable (although limited hours) and bar/wait staff were especially attentive. Reception can be a little slow. We would definitely stay again!"

"Très bel hôtel avec un magnifique jardin et une très belle piscine. Notre chambre était très agréable, un grand lit, un matelas parfait, et, exceptionnel ici, de l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain c'est rare. L'après midi , si c'est un jour de congé, la piscine n'est pas agréable, il y a beaucoup de gens de l'extérieur, mais on comprend que l'hôtel doive rentabiliser, et le matin elle est juste pour nous. Accueil efficace. On reviendra. "
