Very friendly. Wonderful owners! Super breakfast. Pretty far from Galway.bed was uncomfortable.

Had a bit of a change r/t a problem with the property, but stayed in another B&B with Mary's sister, Ethel. Both nice ladies. Ethel makes a splendid breakfast, and helped me "hoover all over". Would be blessed to stay there again

The breakfast was very good and she had some of the best coffee we have had in Ireland. The only issue was with Ireland getting so much warm weather now they need to invest in ceiling fans or standing fans for the bedrooms as it was very close, even with the window open

Un beau moment de partage et de quiétude grâce à l'accueil chaleureux de Mary et ses bons conseils. De délicates attentions nous attendaient dans nos chambres. Un bon petit déjeuner agréablement servi. Un établissement très propre, et un environnement paisible hors normes, un site inoubliable. Merci Mary.

Appena arrivati già ci viene voglia di scappare, la proprietaria ci informa che non possiamo entrare nella camera con le scarpe, sicuramente non conosce la micosi, ci dice poi che se vogliamo lasciare la finestra aperta dobbiamo spegnere la luce, la struttura si trova in un punto scomodo per spostarsi, ed è in mezzo al nulla. Abbiamo prenotato per tre notti ma siamo scappati dopo la prima. Assolutamente sconsigliato, rischiate di rovinarvi le vacanze.

This is the place to stay! We were promptly greeted and shown our room. Our host was the sweetest lady. My husband had a great fresh and hot Irish breakfast. I had the continental breakfast. The rooms are quaint, quiet and just what you need after a wold day of site seeing. The location on the water is breathtaking. It is very close to a little town. We were given great recommendations on things to do and see. Our host was top notch. I cant recommend this House enough! As my first Bed and Breakfast experience, this set a super high standard!!! Overall: Super kind, Informative, Helpful, Clean, Delicious breakfast, Beautiful surrounding

Voglio ringraziare la signora Mary per l'ospitalità che ci ha dimostrato durante il nostro soggiorno. Eccellente host, ci ha preparato delle colazioni deliziose e dato moltissime informazioni per le nostre escursioni. Accurata anche la pulizia delle stanze e dei locali comuni. Davvero la migliore esperienza tra i vari b&b che abbiamo provato durante la nostra vacanza in Irlanda 💖

Die Straße wurde immer schmaler und schien ins nirgendwo zu führen. Sie brachte uns zu einem idyllisch gelegenen B&B mit netter Herbergsmutter. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend.

The view is gorgeous around the property. The breakfast was well done, filling and protein packed. We found the mattress to be well worn and hard for our liking. A comfortable bed is a big deal to us now that we’re getting older.

This was our favorite stay on our trip. Beautiful surroundings. Our host was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast delicious. View from our window was lovely. We went for a walk to nearby castle and enjoy it. Thank you.

The property was absolutely immaculate! Beautiful garden and great surroundings. Very big Welcome from the host, extremely clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was always served with a heaping pit of the best tea and the biggest smile. Would absolutely go back again! Miss it already.

Mary made sure we were comfortable at her charming bnb. The view was beautiful and the room we had was just the right size for our family of 4. Breakfast was delicious. Mary also went the extra mile to share suggestions about the area and how to make the most of our visit. We loved the unique flare and style of the bnb and would recommend for others to stay here, especially if you want something quiet and private.

Environnement de choix. Au bout d’un chemin devant le lac en pleine nature. C’est magnifique. A 2 km seulement du village. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Vous aurez peut-être la chance d’avoir une chambre avec vue sur le lac...

The Waterfront House was an absolutely gorgeous property with a lake view and magnificent gardens. Our room was nicely furnished and very clean. Our host was welcoming and very gracious. The continental breakfast was average with croissants, toast and brown bread, butter and jam. The boats pictured on the website are not available for guests to use. That was a bit of a disappointment. I would stay here again.

Perfect spot

Mary was the perfect hostess. Nothing was a trouble to her....she was helpful but not intrusive. The Waterfront does not lie....what a beautiful view of Lough Corrib from our room and from the terrace. Peaceful yet not too far from the buzz of Oughterard (Mary can organise taxi for 20 euros return) Mary also organised a fishing trip for another group whilst we were there and is willing to help with any advice of where to go and what to do. Breakfast was delicious....as well as full Irish there were homemade scones/pancakes/fresh bread as well as fresh orange juice, cereal etc. Definitely the place to stay if you want to visit this delightful area.
