Hello Patrick, Thank you so much for the lovely review it was a pleasure to meet you. You were such lovely guests, I'm so sorry you felt a little cool in the room, we did not realise. I wish you had mentioned it to us as we would have been more than delighted to put the heating on in your room, in the summer it is difficult to judge as many people do not wish to have the heating on during the summer months. Many thanks Robin for the very kind review, It's a pity you were unsure as to our location, which I'm sure made for a little added stress for you - something not needed on a holiday!. The location is shown correctly both on the Expedia Google map and also on our website which includes GPS coordinates - everywhere in the world has a GPS location! We also emailed you on same day as you booked Nonaim Lodge, with all our details including our country location Google map and our GPS location, our website address and even detailed written instructions on finding us (you simply drive 11 km on the Glann road and there we are, no turns just continue until you see our sign). I'm so sorry and disappointed for you, that you found it difficult to find us when so much information was available. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay when you got to us, which is the most important think, many thanks once again.
