It was an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately we lost power, no fault of the hotel, but the staff were very accommodating and nice. The beds were comfortable and minimal noise was heard even with the renovations. Overall I would stay here again.

Good, solid hotel. Nothing special, but clean and quiet (at least on the sixth floor) and a good breakfast. Definitely recommended (and better than some more expensive places I've stayed). Renovations underway on the lobby, but well managed and not a problem at all.

Not totally familiar with Ottawa, it was further out from Nepean than we anticipated. The renovations were frustrating. I know staff did what they could. The room was great and the bed was awesome.
