Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. We apologize for the bad experience you have had on your first night. It is bug season and despite employing several attempts to mitigate them, we are unable to ensure a bug-free place.We try to limit using chemical means; however, upon guest request, we can clean the place again and use bug spray to eliminate them for you.For ants, if there are a lot of them, it could be due to the food items that our guests bring in. If this is the case, we would gladly clean up the room and store the food items separately.As for the blood, we have investigated this and found out that they were rust spots. We apologize for this lapse. We have checked all our linens and removed the linens with the rust spots.
