Absolutely terrible experience – Avoid this hotel!
My stay was a complete disappointment from the very beginning. When I arrived, the reception staff told me they couldn’t find my reservation and had to take a photo of the booking confirmation on my phone. This was already an incredibly unprofessional first impression.
The room was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, and both were full of cobwebs. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and not even a single towel for showering. On top of that, we weren’t given keys to our room because apparently that’s the hotel’s “policy.” Completely unacceptable and extremely inconvenient.
The overall cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and unprofessional management made the entire experience uncomfortable. I did not feel welcome or comfortable at all.
I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. For a hotel, providing a clean room, basic hygiene essentials, and reasonable access to your own room should be the bare minimum. This place failed on every level. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
