"It is very hard to fault this hotel because they have done almost everything right. The rooms facing the sea have a magnificent view, which puts a smile on your face every morning. Plus it is connected to the AEON shopping centre right next to it so it's very convenient especially if you feel like doing some late night shopping or last minute supply replenishment. That said, there are two things that I am not happy about: 1. There are no power outlets or USB ports at the bedside table to charge your phone. 2. One of the light switches is actually linked to the wall power outlet, to which the floor lamp is plugged in. That means whenever I switch off the lights on that side of the room it would also switch off whatever is plugged into that power outlet e.g. laptop / tablet / camera / power bank etc. If these are no big deal to you, then you should really check it out."

"The hotel was in a very convenient location and our room had a lovely view of the canal. The bed was comfy and it was quiet at night making it perfect for sleeping. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The apple juice and coffee in the lobby were nice extras."

"Their bus shuttle service from Susukino to their door was impressive with on time service and ease of online reservation. Unfortunately, they don’t have Chitose airport shuttle but catching the airport bus nearby in Sapporo was also convenient. The breakfast and dinner were fabulous with way too much food for us. Coffee and crescents after breakfast plus alcoholic beverage options with snacks at 7pm were a delicious sampling of Japanese dishes. You definitely don’t go hungry. Zen outdoor surroundings and hotel decor were simply elegant and serene adding to the tranquility. The English speaking staff were helpful with quick and detailed email responses prior to arrival and appreciated during our stay."

"Price is good. We are a family of four and we got a container with six beds. The room is clean but my daughter complained that it has some sort of motor oil or paint smell (I didn’t smell anything). Staff was friendly. They allowed me to check in at 2pm. Their instruction of finding the hotel helped. Location is nice. I recommended for family more than 4 people as it is not easy to find room with 6 beds. The room is narrow because it is a container."
