Small apartment but has everything you need and great location for ski spots (30 minutes to Kiroro) and local eateries, onsens etc. Japanese toilet is awesome too!

Had a pleasent stay and closeby main attractions. Do note that the stay is on top of the hills so its difficult to get to by foot. However, the view is very nice.

Room was nice. The issue is the location of the apartment. It was located at the top of the hill. From the map, it seems close to the train station and local attraction. But climb up the hill is an issue.

Happy apartment stay.

An excellent apartment for a quick trip to Otaru, slight hill, but walking distance to everything. Driving instructions where excellent once in the right location. Everything you need.

The room was clean and spacious (by Japanese standards), and came with a full range of basic household appliances including TV, hair dryer, IH range-top, fridge, microwave and washing machine, and others. Kitchenware was also included which was a plus. There was a designated parking area, but directions to it were cryptic and took us almost 30 extra minutes to find it. Even after locating it, the entry was very narrow, and it was a challenge to park. Doable during the daytime, but would have been a nightmare if we had arrived after dark.

Comfy apartment with everything we need

The apartment is clean and comfortable. It’s on a hill with some ladders to walk up, probably not easy for elder people or with many luggages to carry up.

Won’t recommend if there’s big luggage and no car. It’s located on hill top with flights of stairs. Big apartment but not well clean. Dusty under the beds and corners.

The check-in process certainly was not really friendly (even when I have already completed the pre-checkin details). If you drive there in winter, be prepare to drive up a very steep route which my car almost got stuck midway due to uneven snow. If you don't drive, be prepare to walk up a very steep hill full with slippery ice.

かなりきつい坂の上にある施設ですが、徒歩数分で居酒屋やお寿司屋さんなど飲食店街に行けます。 観光のお土産屋さんが並ぶ通りにも近く徒歩で行けます。 が、登りはかなりキツイ坂道です。坂の上にある施設、ということ以外はとてもいいと思います。お部屋もとても綺麗です。 強いていえば、トイレ。トイレは洗面所(脱衣所)にあり仕切りがありません。洗面台の隣に洗濯機、その隣にトイレ、その隣にお風呂の入口があります。数人で泊まる時には使用するタイミングを気をつけなくてはならないかなぁと思います。
