The staff were incredible and very helpful they also made sure to update us to any changes well in advance during our stay. The one downfall was that unfortunately the pool and hot tub were under remodeling during our stay. We were notified about 2 weeks before we arrived, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Everything was amazing from start to finish. Check in was a breeze and the clerk was super helpful and friendly. The room by far exceeding my expectations. I was on the 17th floor and the view was gorgeous, and it was considered the less expensive city view vs the more expensive view of the CN tower. The room was very clean and well maintained. I ordered uber eats and they didn't provide utensils so a quick call to concierge and she offered to have them delivered to the room or for me to walk...

"I didn't like the complimentary breakfast.Because there was four people that stayed in the room in a double bed suite with 2 beds But 2 ppl had to pay because they only give you 2 free breakfast a day. Not nice to do actually . And no complimentary tea or coffee is a huge issue . That's one thing most hotels do and it is greatly appreciated instead of having to leave hotel."

"I had a clean King bed Lakeview room on 35th floor. Room was well maintained and look like pictures on the site. I started for 2 nights, centrally located, across the street from a park, museum, space needle. Hotel has a Starbucks coffee shop and full restaurant and bar. Across the street are plenty of cheaper food selections like subway, Aroma coffee, a pita spot. Great stay. I'm a cigarette smoker, and found plenty of outside nearby locations to smoke that wouldn't disturb non smokers."

The only minor complaint was that there were no real options, other than walking a few blocks, to self park ones car. The valet service was very good and fast, but it is an extra CDN$55 per day.
