"The place is at edge of town. Kinda dated design. Had booked it to relax in pool after long day of walking, however the pool was full of young children! Nothing against children, just not what I expected. The breakfast buffet was pretty good."

"What a great experience we had at Balneario Acuna! The staff was so helpful and kind. We had messed up on our reservations and they immediately fixed it and got us a room hours before check in time. The grounds were gorgeous!! The pool was exceptional! We had the most relaxing swim after our long Camiño walk from Pontevedra. "Just out of town but they do a free shuttle bus into the town. A cab is €10. We stayed in their apartments (opposite the main hotel) which gave you a small lounge, conservatory and then the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It smelt a bit musty but we were there a few days and so it soon cleared. There was also a car parking space under the apartment. We never ate there but used the sun terrace and pool and had a night cap in the bar."

"Staff is terrible. There was a woman called Sonia at the reception that was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’m very surprised she is still allowed to work there."

"The apartment we stayed in was amazing - Lole and Tere were very accommodating. The food was fantastic, especially the shrimp and the steak. The pick up from the bar on the camino worked perfectly and the drop off was equally easy. The place is beautiful and the staff work really hard. It was a perfect place to stay while walking the camino."
