Wonderful little hotel!
Everything and everyone involved in this hotel is great! Lovely location. Kind and attentive staff. Delicious breakfasts and tea times. Spotlessly clean. Sit and observe the tombs and the turtles from the riverside dock. Just magical!

Unbelievable view from the hotel porch. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was large and modern and comfortable. Provided tea and sweets around 5 in addition to breakfast. Nice pool. Lunch next door was tasty. Drive to Ituzu beach was gorgeous and the beach fabulous!

Don't hesitate
Excellent. The owner came out to rescue us after midnight when we could not find our way to the hotel. Amazing views on the Dalyan river with great service and attention to details.

Herşey çok güzeldi
Ekip çok sıcakkanlı, otelin lokasyonu muhteşem tam kral mezarlarının karşısı. Sakin, temiz. Kahvaltısı çay hariç gayet yeterli. Son gün çok erken otelden ayrılacağımız için 2 tane süper lezzetli sandwich hazırlayıp odamıza koymaları da çok düşünceli ve hoş bir davranıştı. Dalyandaki adresimiz belli artık.

Although our room was small it was well designed and pleasing to the eye. The breakfast terrace had wonderful views over the river. Unfortunately the service was very poor and somewhat unwelcoming. The pool area could do with an update. Lots of weeds and looking neglected. The hotel lacked atmosphere. Would not return sadly.

Great experience and we will definitely come back . The only to ‘issues’ were : 1: electricity was cut during a day with 40+ degrees but I understand that it also affected other properties in the area 2.: the blinds are too thin and it’s super bright in the morning . Other than that, the place is a 10 out of 10.

A little gem in Dalyan.
Great location, very helpful staff, great breakfast sitting beside the river. and on 3 mornings, whilst having breakfast a turtle swam just below us. Fantastic! Also great views across the river to Kaunos. Free parking (for about 5 cars), and parking nearby is not difficult. Only small problem was the blinds were practically transparent and let too much light in (which woke me too early). The owners say they are addressing this. Only 30-40 mins from Dalaman airport. Overall, a great stay and v good value.

Dalyan,iş ve tatil dolayısıyla yılda birkaç kez geldiğimiz bir yer...Daha önce farklı otellerde kaldık,Arp Dalyan otelde ilk kez konakladık.3 günlük konaklamamızda hem dinlendik,hem çok eğlendik.Otel aile oteli,işletmesini de kendilerinin yapması çok güzel...Üst kat odada kaldık.Oda geniş ve güzel döşenmiş,sıcacık ev konforunda,sabahları güneş alan tatlı bir balkonu var.Oda servisi isterseniz günlük olarak odanıza uğruyor,havlu değişimi bizim için önemliydi,bu konuda çok memnun kaldık.Sabah kahvaltısında çeşit oldukça fazla ve masanıza servis ediliyor.Otel konum olarak çok iyi.Güler yüzle uğurlandık,çok memnun kaldık.Tavsiye ediyoruz❤

Excellent views of Caunos Tombs and Dalyan river right from the breakfast hall. Good selection of breakfast dishes. However, only tee and coffee are included in the breakfast rate. We found noise cancellation in the rooms to be lacking. Therefore, you might or might not get a good sleep depending on your neighbors.

Otel yeri çok iyi kanal kenarında temizlik çok iyi her gün yapılıyor. Otelde karşılamads dalyan hakkında detaylı bilgi veriyorlar dalyanda hiç düşünülmeden kalınacak yer çalışanlar ilgili ve samimi. Sezon sonu olduğu için tek eksisi kahvaltı aslında yeterki iyi ama başka yerlerdr bana hep sorulurdu omleti nasıl istersiniz diye bırada hiç sorulmadan kendi zevklerine göre klasik kahvaltı tabağı denilecek şekilde getirmeleri. Diğer her yönü ile 10 numara bir otel

Great location.
Fabulous location with wonderful views of the river and tombs. Breakfast was delicious. Only 5 mins walk into the centre. Would highly recommend.

The Arp is a home from home- I stayed here 4 years ago and was not disappointed. The same high standards of care and attention- comfortable rooms and amazing showers ! In the perfect position by the river and a beautiful pool area and surroundings. I would only say that I would like to see the return of the buffet style breakfast as for me the breakfast can be overwhelming when presented to you and I would like to be able to pick and choose on a daily basis and I would hope it would be less wasteful. Cake served everyday at 5pm with tea and coffee was an absolute treat and delicious. Brilliant place and highly recommended.

Riverside location with views to the ancient hillside tombs is superb, breakfast with the turtles rather unforgettable. Spotlessly clean, helpful staff and charming owner couple. Recommended!

Wow one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at everything was perfect lovely room, being right on the river the best view in Dalyan , lovely pool , wonderful peaceful classic music a sense of calm wonderful staff and owners who create this peaceful environment the breakfast being a highlight healthy Turkish and a visit from 3 turtles each morning I can’t wait to go back thank you so much for a perfect holiday

Si les chambres sont modeste, la vue au petit déj' est exceptionnelle. Avec un peu de chance des tortues d'eau douce (assez moches) viendront à proximité du ponton.

Manzarası harika, kral mezarlarının tam karşısında bar/cafe'si var. Temizlik ve kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcılar. Diğer yandan otelin sahipleri çok içten ve samimi insanlar. Yolumuz tekrar Dalyan'a düşerse tek adresimiz Arp Dalyan olacaktır.

Highly recommend for a romantic break
Beautiful boutique hotel on the river front in the quiet and more up market end of Dalyan. We have an upstairs room, which has recently added a balcony it was bright and spacious and tastefully decorated. The pool area is a beautiful place to react. The cafe/ restaurant area and terrace over looking the river are beautiful and provide such a great setting to start your day at breakfast. The breakfast which is Inclusive in the room cost is exceptional with eggs (cooked to preference) and a meze of cheese, fruit, pastries, bread and jams. It was super!

Superb stay. We were upgraded to a magnificent large room but all of the rooms were very good. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was very good with 20 individually prepared items. The owner also arranged our transfers and asked for our genuine feedback when we checked out. The view across the estuary to the tombs could not be beaten in Dalyan and the pool was secluded and cleaned regularly. 5 minutes walk into town. There are dozens of hotels to choose from but this was perfect. We would recommend this to friends and family and I don’t know how it could be faulted in any way.

Pulling up at the hotel was a lovely surprise, transitioning from a small town road into a clean, modern and spacious hotel was very welcoming. There is also a spacious common area by the water and pool, with water taxi pickup and a great view of the tombs. Especially at night. The hosts really make you feel welcome and at home and maintain this place well.
