"I had a great day. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The room and the gym were in great shape."

"We didn’t really use the hotel but the room was clean. Staff happy to look after our bags till check in. No issues and very central"

"The staff were very helpful"

"Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...

"Second Nature Belfast is a lovely “boutiquey” hotel located really close to all the main city centre sights. Pretty much everywhere is walkable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is outstanding offering all you can eat options of juices, hot beverages, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, full cooked Irish breakfast (with soda bread if you wish) aswell as bread and toast. L. They have a well stocked bar and reasonable prices so you can sit in comfort with a drink while...

"Very nice staff"

"The apartment was clean and location was good."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable! The staff was helpful and very kind. My only complaint was really about breakfast and the availability of fresh coffee! We stayed about a week and ate breakfast in the hotel almost every morning. The buffet never changed!! So it was pretty tiring after a few days of eating the same thing over and over. Also, you couldn’t get coffee before 7a (when breakfast started) so if you were an early riser or had an early tour - no coffee for you!"

"Prachtige Lodge in een oude water molen"

"Great location Inside looks a little tired but overall ok"

"Well communicated contactless check in, beautiful property and rooms, cute little town, and the breakfast was good! Coffee was great, Charlie makes a great flat white! Parking can be a little bit of a nuisance, and like many historical properties no elevator so if you need help with your luggage plan ahead as the property is not always staffed. Lovely. Also Forrest Park is not to far down the road if you would like a lovely walk around the lake. the Parson's Nose is quite good as a dinner option...

"A very welcoming place that feels more like a home than a hotel. I arrived at midnight, and the staff stayed awake until I arrived safely. The customer service was amazing, and everyone was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. I truly felt cared for and comfortable during my stay."
