Dear valued guest,Thank you for your comments about our hotel. We are very sorry for the fact that you did not have a comfortable stay with us. We take very seriously any comments or suspicions about bed bugs. Our practice is to train the room attendants to examine guest rooms very carefully during the cleaning process to insure we are aware of any insect activity. There were no prior evidence or After we received your comments, we immediately put room out of order and contacted an exterminator and have the room in question inspected very thoroughly. We did not find any evidence of the bed bugs activities and have report from outside exterminator company available for your review.
