Had many inconveniences at this hotel such as tv not working, AC blew out twice, had to change rooms because they had scheduled someone to come in to remove the carpet on my entire floor (if they knew that why would they place me on that floor), hotel was under construction and I had to track down housekeeping myself to get extra pillows as no one at the front desk picked up the phone or seemed to care when I asked them about it. I asked for some sort of compensation and was told by staff that they would send out an email to them on my behalf and I have yet to hear back. I tried reaching out to the hotel through Expedia and they are also having an hard time reaching out annd giving us random hours on when the manager would be back and whenever I tried reaching out to staff in regards too an issue they would brush it off. I also got $460 when my total stay was $391 and it’s not an issue if it was a security deposit but the guy that was checking me in didn’t advise me about anything in the hotel or tell me if there was a deposit or not. Hopefully they can issue a full refund for my stay because this was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences staying at a hotel associated with Marriot.
