From the outside it looks nice but Don't be fooled like i was because the inside its Dirty. I went to check in at the front desk & was asked if i was here for ABB? Which was weird but i let it slide. Got myself checked in & headed to my room. This room was the thing of nightmares the furniture was old the utensils dirty the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned but i tried to push thru i mean you get what you pay for i guess. I was trying to stay posetive & look on the brightside location was close to universal park & i had a balcony. The balcony wouldn't lock i was on the second floor and i could really reach the bars from the outside. How am i going to feel safe knowing that I'm going to be out & about and someone can just climb up my balcony & steal my stuff. I immediately called the front desk and they very promptly sent a nice older gentleman to try & fix that issue. All while a very loud noise was coming from the toilet. I asked the maintenance guy if he could check it out. He took the top of the toilet & it was all rusted & yellow DISGUSTING. Unfortunately could not fix that either he didn't have the part. So i just sat there on the bed thinking this is not a great way to start a vacation. Once again lets try to look on the brightside i grabbed the remote to watch the basketball game no cable channels. Just tv. I called to switch rooms & are waiting 25 min they switched buildings & got me on a higher floor only to find out the shower doesn't work. I had enough!

Wunderbares Zimmer mit umlaufendem Balkon im 9. OG mit Blick auf den angelegten See und Orlando. Unweit von den Universal Studios und -Themenparks. Leider ist das vorhandene Frühstückslokal (extra Kosten) katastrophal und keinen Cent wert. Meine Empfehlung: auf externe Lokalitäten ausweichen, z.B. Golden Coral.

Booked this room for a 1 night stay to catch a flight in the morning. Checking in… myself and 2 other families waited 30 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. When someone finally did we still had to wait for our room to be ready for another 15 mins… we got our keys and proceeded to our room. There was a weird smell in the building. Once we got to our room I went into the master bedroom and the rug was soaked. The bathroom was flooded and the water went all the way into the room… and this was after waiting almost an hour for our room already… we went back to the front desk and had to wait again for another room. We got their “last” room available in a different building on the 10th floor. It wasn’t wet. The beds were smaller than normal and uncomfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely small. With having to travel for work a lot I’m stayed in many hotels. I’d have to say this is one of my worst experiences. The front desk clerk was apologetic but I should’ve gotten a partial reimbursement or some type of compensation. I did not pay for a flooded room. The kids club wasn’t even open… Very disappointed.

There were holes in the wall of our bathroom and the cabinets were very old and worn. The elevators in our building went out, leaving us stranded as my husband is disabled. When I called the desk to see if I could get assistance, or if there was a service elevator we could use, I was told “No.”. When I asked if we were stuck there, her response was, “yeah, I guess you are!” No one let us know when the elevators were working again or to see if we needed anything.

The most disappointing thing about our stay was the misinformation. There is no food court, and no arcade. Even at the moment I checked in and received a map of the property with these included. After we checked in and unloaded our bags and looked around the property, we went back to the front desk to ask about these areas. When the front desk clerk Matter-of-factly explained that they no longer have an arcade and the dining room was only open from 7 AM to 2 PM. Since check-in is after 4 PM, this meant we didn’t have a food option on property for dinner. the kids did not have an area to play other than the pool. Another, miss-information, The “2nd” outdoor pool is a small kid pool right next to the outdoor pool. The hotel is outdated. But that didn’t matter for our stay. I am most upset about being told that there are amenities at this property that do not exist. And wish that it was at least addressed when I checked in instead of continued lying of what was included until after I checked in.

2 bedroom suite for a family of 6... there was little to no room Service, during our 6 day stay had to go to front desk several times to get toilet paper and towels ..refill .. 1 fo the room the dresser was infested with bugs.. they only came once to take the trash and did not even give a bag for replacement...

I will NEVER stay here again! From the old room with the old burnt orange couch that seats 2 people, to the shower knob that you have to continue to turn until you find the hot water, to having only 2 elevator cars for the whole building one of which didn’t work and the other eventually broke for part of a day, to only having 4 washers and 4 dryers for the whole building, 2 of which were out of order, the “laundry room” closed at a certain hour each night, two microwaves- one was so old it still had knobs and didn’t work, the other sat on the cabinet and took up much of the cabinet space, NO OVEN in the kitchen- couldn’t make biscuits in the mornings, and the mattresses on the beds were the worst. I had back spasms each morning when waking up. The “Marketplace” store wasn’t even a store. There were 2 types of drinks, Monster Energy and sodas, a few boxes of laundry detergent, and a few pool floats. Definitely not the “store” the description and pictures describe. The staff was super nice and answered all my questions until I went to check out. I explained to the clerk that I wouldn’t be back. All she said was “ok”. She never asked what was wrong, never questioned me, nothing. I don’t have high expectations, but I do expect what I pay for and I will never pay for this hotel again. Renter Beware!

The location of the property was good but updated pictures of the rooms must be updated. The rooms are old and outdated. Stray cats everywhere and people feeding them. The front desk is very unfriendly and confused on protocols for requested late check out processes. I was locked out of the building and room 4 times and had to return 4 times for new keys. The entire key system needs to be updated! I’ll never stay here again or nor will I recommend this place to anyone! Simply horrible!

The rooms didn’t look anything like the pictures. The fridge was all dented up, the bed was like half leaning to one side so I was higher than my husband. The doors to the cabinet were hanging, and there was a glass table with some brown stuff dripping from it. It smelled horrible and the elevator was getting stuck. We stayed one night and booked another room at another hotel in the area.

Great location and studio was large and comfortable, would definately stay again. Does need a little up-dating and bathroom tiny but not enough to put me off recommending. Only real down point was being ripped off by the taxi service the hotel provides, cost more than twice any other company and they would not contact another company when I complained. Clearly getting a kickback which was disappointing. That said I do recommend, staff helpful and friendly, just don't use thier taxi service!

Walking distance to dining and entertainment. Less than 10 minutes drive to Universal Studios. We stayed 4 nights and only received maid service once. Pillows were flat ands hard. We had to request fresh towels on day 3. The halls smelled. The ice and vending machines were broken in our building. Pools were clean but there was also a trash smell coming from somewhere!

The room was not too good. Very “old” feeling. Curtains were old, ripped, burn hole, broken. Our patio door didn’t lock & we had a hard time opening & closing it. Our whole family felt “dirty” leaving the place. I will say…it was a fantastic location! 5 minutes from everything fun! But we will never stay at Enclave again. Pictures listed on Expedia didn’t reflect what our room looked like. I have learned my lesson to just stay at a hotel where you know it will be nice & clean (emphasis on clean!).

This property was an excellent location for us with lots of dining options and activities (eg. amusement rides, miniature golf) well within walking distance (1-2km). There was easy access to bus routes to further destinations (shopping, Universal studios, Seaworld). The property was clean but very outdated. We felt safe. Housekeeping was only through twice during our 10 day stay which wasn't the end of the world. If you are looking for a reasonably priced property with easy access to dining and activities and are not particular about the "decor" this is a good hotel.

Whole floor smelled bad, the toilet stopped working, hot water for only 5 minutes, paint peeling, wood cabinets broken. Maintenance was the only good thing when we did call about the toilet.
