"Our stay at this hotel made our reunion experience truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for a fantastic weekend. The hotel provided the perfect setting for reconnecting with friends, sharing stories, and creating new memories. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the common areas offered plenty of space for our group to gather and socialize. The location was convenient, making it easy for everyone attending the reunion to participate in the planned activities. A special thank you goes to Mr. Nolta, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. His attentiveness, friendly attitude, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. He made everyone feel welcome and was always ready to assist with a smile, helping make our reunion even more special. "For the most part, went well. Except they failed to mention that the TV service didn’t work!! Kinda pissed about that 😠. And they need more handicap parking!!! Other than that it was alright. Would have liked some kind of discount for Not having TV service, but the people managing it are Very hard to understand,(English very poor)"

"Room was very clean and spacious. Included all standard immenities of microwave, refrigerator, iron, desk, etc. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast had nice variety of choices. Enjoyed our two day stay and will use again."

"Great breakfast with a clean dining area at all times. Clean! Seemed like they were having a sprinkler head issue right in front of the main entrance. The hallway outside of our room had a terrible odor, once inside our room which was clean, you couldn’t smell it. That smell was there our entire stay. We were able to use the ice machine once the first day of our stay, then it appeared to be turned off after that and couldn’t get ice the rest of the weekend which was unfortunate. Only 1 elevator was working. The other was out of service the entire weekend. We never waited too long for an elevator though. Overall, it was a good visit. I typically love staying here and love the easy access to downtown Cedar Falls."
