"The location is spot on and the staff was very polite and helpfull. On the other hand the biggest downside was that the air conditioning is not enough. The capsule was so hot that you needed to sleep the ”door open” in order to get some fresher air. The hotness caused that sleeping was not very pleasant. Also the smaller downsides were that the places were dirty quite quickly. Extra bathrooms would be also nice. If you are on a budget holiday and not visiting at a time when there is +20 outside...

I was really in shock and informed the team via phone. He told us, it is not possible to get another room or to remove it until next morning. (My child was crying all the time).
