"We stayed four nights. Location was great. Staff at front desk was helpful when they were there. Website states beach towels were provided, yet when you ask for towels it is for pool only. It’s hard to go to beach without a towel. There were several unattended kids running wild throughout the hotel daily. We tried to get a drink at the bar and were totally ignored. "This review is based on two seniors stay during the week. We liked and needed the location to be right on the beach as we are both old and not walking well. Access to the beach and pool were great. Parking was convenient with baggage carts available to move luggage. The staff was attentive and check-in went smoothly. Our room keys worked well for the 4 nights stayed. The room was a little tight, but after putting our luggage away we managed moving around well. It was just my wife and myself....

"We loved the property! Loved how nicely decorated and clean it was. The beds were VERY comfortable. Bring your own laundry pods and dryer sheets. I would also bring some Clorox wipes because there aren’t any products to clean up if you make a mess from cooking. :) I would absolutely recommend staying here!"

"Great location, right on the ground level. Parking was a breeze, literally parked 20-30 feet from the room. The room had plenty of space for 6 of us (2 adults, 3 teenagers, and one 10 year old). The back patio had plenty of space to hang out with a full size patio dinner table. Open the back gate and you're 10-15 feet from the hot tub and pool. "Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just...

"The area was really nice. The people were easy to reach when a problem occurred. Some of the house is a little dated. My son got stuck in the bathroom because he couldn't unlock the door. The lock was not working the way it was intended. Other than that, everything was really nice."
