"Nice hotel! Just make sure you have enough to tip. Besides that, our room was nice, but the noise from the trucks kept us awake. I recommend asking for a room higher up or away from the end of the building by the intersection."

I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. "I like this hotel. It is in a good location for downtown and prices are reasonable. The staff are always very helpful. There is on-site parking for only $10 a day. For a small hotel with limited space they have done a great job of making it a welcoming place, with nice sitting areas for example."

"The location is perfect and if you are into history the Fairmont oozes it. We had a couple issues while we were there. The room was on the city side and very loud-our neighbors also had kids and a dog-It happens & not the hotels fault. Parking was expensive-$25+ a day. But my fault for not checking. The real disappointment was High Tea. We were there for our anniversary and it was a bucket list experience for us. It wasnt what we hoped for. The staff at the hostess station were not very...

"It is an older hotel so expect no elevators but the helpful staff will gladly help you to your room, and the noise between walls floors might be more noticeable because of that but the charm, coziness, pricepoint & staff friendliness makes up for that. Close to Beacon Hill Park & not far to beaches or behind Parliment buildings makes it a nice location."

"Very centrally located lovely hotel with well furnished rooms equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and extremely accommodating for our dog. There was a doggie bowl and treats already in the room Great value, great staff, lovely cocktail lounge to casually end your day and very comfortable bed to fall into"

"Ruby restaurant offered great brunch! We got the room infront of the janitor room and staff were speaking very loudly. The AC unit was very loud when turning on/off that frequently woke us up. "
