Also, while my husband was getting ready to take a shower, the vent cover fell on top of his head and we were not offered any compensation."

There was left over food from the previous guest in the refrigerator, shower was not cleaned thoroughly (we found hair before we even used it), and there was sand on the floor. This place has potential just lacks the basic cleaning."
