"The kitchen doesn’t open until 11 a.m., so breakfast isn’t available on weekdays. On Saturdays and Sundays it opens at 9 a.m., which is the only time breakfast is offered. The hallways and elevator also needed attention; they hadn’t been vacuumed during our two‑night stay, as the same debris remained on the carpet both days. Overall, it was disappointing compared to our experience the year before."
