As for the pool chlorine, it is done automatically with the pool system and I did have maintenance take a look at it to be on the safe side. I apologize for the inconvenience. Let's get to the truth here:First off when you arrived to check in you never mentioned having any (service animals), in fact, you signed an initial the registration form saying you had no animals with you. Then once my auditor saw you bringing in two dogs on a side door, and confronted you about it, you continued to lie and say you only had one dog, when we clearly had you on camera bringing in two. We are proud to be a dog friendly hotel but because we work with a couple local allergy places, with people who are extremely allergic to animals, we keep all dogs on certain floors. At that point he asked you to move to the dog friendly floor, whereas I would have removed you from my hotel for being dishonest.You were only charged the 35.00 fee for one dog where we could have charged you the 150.00 per dog fee for sneaking in unauthorized pets. That again, you signed and initialed.We were nice enough to not only charge you for the 35.00 pet fee for one dog, when in fact we could of charged you much more and walked you from the hotel. Then you call the hotel screaming, insulting the hotel staff. You are indeed not welcome back to this property.Thank You
