Staff was not very friendly. The condition on the hotel overall was run down. The highlight of the property is supposed to be the waterpark but honestly the pool seemed dirty and was a little cold. The play place had none of the water features working on it and it really just felt kind of rundown. ...

Nice hotel. Smaller rooms but clean and doable. Pool was also small but kids had fun. Breakfast choices were excellent. Staff was fantastic. Didnt love that you had to pay to park in their lot. Homeless shelter is about 1/2 block away but they keep their entry doors secure. Overall was a good ...
