"Nice clean rooms !"

"GREAT PLACE TO MEET FAMILY COUSINS ETC."

"Lodge of the Ozarks has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Cozy and clean. A Christian feel. Great breakfast and pleasant staff."

"We were excited to visit Branson, but was very disappointed with our room at the Best Western, the first room we were given was very wet and musty, we spoke with the daytime person on duty the next morning he was very helpful and moved us to a different room, and had a dehumidifier in the room for us, it made a difference for us, however still on the low end of what we had expected… Good breakfast, accommodating workout room…unless Best Western has some major upgrades in that facility, we...

"It was very well maintained, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating and very clean"

"The Hotel was being renovated"

"Old hotel in need of updating and maintenance but easy to get to and for the price, just ok."

"The room was perfect. It was difficult to find the check-in area. We arrived late and it was not well lit. I suggest sending directions as to where to go to check in as we drive around for awhile not sure where to go."

"What truly sets this hotel apart is its dedication to hospitality. Every team member we encountered made us feel valued and appreciated. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers stunning views that make every visit memorable. We highly recommend Chateau on the Lake Hotel and Spa to anyone visiting Branson and look forward to returning again soon. Thank you to the entire staff for another wonderful stay!"

"CLEAN, SAFE. CLOSE TO DIFFERENT FOOD OPTIONS AND WAL MART."

"To start with when we arrived we were put out in a back building. We did get clean towels every day but that was it by the time we left I could write my name in the dust. Breakfast was usual fare but no fresh fruit no pastries. The hotel was full but there was one two slice toaster that was very very slow so trying to get a piece of toast was almost impossible. Why can’t they figure out maybe 2 four slice toasters would be an easy fix. The hotel is in need of a serious update."

"Love this hotel! Clean, quiet and close to everything in Branson. The pool and spa are beautiful. Well maintained. I always stay here when I’m in Branson."

"The place was charming, clean, and staff was friendly. Great location. Room was nice and breakfast was good and hot! Perfect for our weekend getaway with kids."
