That seemed to be a common theme this last week so we will be doing maintenance this week to hopefully improve the experience for guests in the future. We appreciate you staying with us!

I will definitely make sure that the shuttle supervisor is aware of the issue of the driver smelling like smoke. I have made mode of the issues with the room door, and will be speaking to my desk staff about making sure we let maintenance know about the pool.
