"Room was so clean they were so helpful and most importantly so kind and easy to talk to! Went for a concert at climate pledge and the location was perfect cute shops found parking easy and loved the style of the whole place!"

"The room was clean and the hotel was in a good spot close to the climate pledge. Perfect within walking distance for the concert. The garage is secure and you need key access so you know your car will be safe. Buffet breakfast was good. There is a bar next to the hotel and even though we didn’t go, it’s nice to know there is something to do within walking. I will be using this hotel again."

"Room very clean, staff super nice"

"Very clean, comfortable, quiet. Will definitely be back. The only complaint was one day whoever cleaned the room didn’t restock it with some of the bathroom linens, bath salts for jetted tubs, and coffee/tea, and did not change out the dirty coffee cups/wine glasses. But the front desk immediately rectified the problem with sincere apologies. She said “all of that is supposed to be done” We would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel was in a decent location close to the space needle. The staff was excellent. The room was quiet and comfortable. It is nowhere close to the waterfront as advertised. "

"The staff were all great. The breakfast lady was a delight to talk to and she kept a very clean buffet. The room was big and clean. I was nervous bc it wasn’t a chain brand hotel, but I would for sure stay here again and recommend to friends. "
