"Excellent place to stay in the downtown /haymarket area. Parking was no issue as we used the adjacent parking structure. It was safe to walk around the Haymarket at night and excellent restaurants were a block away. The room was comfortable. We would stay again"

"The only way to not be disappointed when you stay here is to go in with low expectations. Expect there to be no water pressure. Expect mold and hair in the bathroom. Expect cold eggs and sausage for breakfast. If you go in with these expectations, you won't be disappointed. "

"Staff was great. Room was clean, but nothing exciting. Pool was kind of cold considering it's indoors. Restaurant was good, maybe a touch high priced. The only real bummer of the stay was that they advertise having an "arcade" at the hotel. It consisted of 3 games from the 80's in the lobby. They're free, so there's that, but not what anyone would call an arcade."

"The door stuck closed you basically had to pry it open, the tv didn’t work even after I called the front desk twice and went down in person as well, the fridge smelled like mold, the shower head was barely hanging on it was unusable, the whole place smelled like stale cigarettes and was really sketchy. I could hear people yelling and arguing all night. The floor felt like it was about to cave in the second floor. The beds squeaked like nails on a chalkboard with just a deep breath. I think I got just under 2 hours of sleep I was so uncomftorble. I told the guy at the desk I will never go back! It needs shut down."
