"Great place to stay! Spa was great! Hotel staff was incredible. Breakfast was also very good! Would stay again."

"When I arrived I asked for assistance in getting my bags out of my car. They were there locked split. Next morning - the same thing- in no time flat they came up to my room to assist me. I might add that I have to use a cane to ambulate. Everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful..."

"Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. The back door was open, though this added a flight of stairs to haul luggage up. "We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Barbarossahof in Kaiserslautern! We hosted a party there, and the staff were incredible in helping us set up the room and prepare for the celebration. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond to our requests. Our hotel room was stunning, and the quiet surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely book again. Highly recommended!"

"Very clean and my room had by the looks of it had recently been upgraded, could have done with a fan being available in the room, breakfast was acceptable but slow in coming"

"I have been to this place 20 years ago. It is still a great place to eat and stay. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. If able, please try to get a central microwave for the hallways or for guest use downstairs. Breakfast was very good!"

"The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. We were horrified, and with no staff on hand to address the issue with, we left within a few minutes of arrival, immediately reaching out to Expedia with photos of the filthy room. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!"

"Super Hotel! Ich war wirklich ein sehr schön. Kann ich nur empfehlen."

"Fijne ruime kamer. Fijn dat we buiten openingstijd konden inchecken."

"Very nice accommodations with nice amenities. Staff was really pleasant and always helpful to our needs."

"Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped arrange long-term parking and answered many questions that we had. Great location near restaurants, shopping and old town square."
