"มีรถบริการดีมาก สะดวก"

"Nice small hotel close to airport, with free airport shuttle service, supermarkets and eating facilities in walking distance. My second time there."

"very reasonable person at check in, allowing 30 minute late check out to accomodate my afternoon flight, helpful shuttle driver, nice ppl serving dinner at its restaurant."

"I hav unpleasant experience abt this hotel. Pros : decoration looks nice, clean, well equipped, front is helpful. Cons : I stayed at room 105 1. After check-in, electronics in the room was not working. I called house keeping, she said impolitely did I open any door. I said no, her voice sound frustrated and said I should check if door is open and wait 5 min till she comes down. I've waited 30 min but no one showed up so I asked front desk to help and wait for another 30 min before problem...

"Friending staff"

"We had such a lovely stay at the Sterling Inn & Spa! We loved the thoughtful little touches, especially being greeted with “Happy Anniversary” as soon as we checked in and the breakfast in bed. It’s the little details that made our stay feel extra special. Such a relaxing and memorable experience. we’d definitely come back!"

"The motel met our needs to a high standard."

"Very clean rooms and obliging and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant is excellent."

"Breakfast hrs need to be longer Gambling staff to be more helpful to get you to your room safely and not walking thru car parks late"

"This is a budget hotel. The rooms are very small. The bathroom is about what you would find in a caravan with a step up into the cubicle. Very clean and well maintained. Walking distance to the airport"

"The rooms are great. But the process to get there was awful. I booked using Expedia 3 weeks out and chose the pay at check in option. Received a welcome letter via Expedia from the property and nothing else. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had cancelled my reservation 5 hours prior to my arrival and were fully booked. After some unfortunate choice words, I was finally able to get a room. The property itself is great, the parking is non existent."

"The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room."
