Very dated and lacking maintenance. Breakfast offering very limited and opening time fluctuated. Not a pleasent area to stay. Beach filfy. Very noisey till midnight with all the nearby outside entertainment.

A staff member accessed our room in middle of night (after midnight) when we were sleeping. Used key card to open door without knocking, turned the lights on then off, then closed the door and left. I complained to front desk staff as that is unsafe for anyone to barge in like that. There was no extra security lock on their door.

Pros and cons.. Pros= Quiet, safe, walking distance to endless food options. Including a large mall.. spacious room with balcony.. Cons: 3 floors no elevator. Entire property needs to be renovated. To be fair, tourist foot traffic is way down.. Obviously revenue is needed for upgrades.. Hopefully that will happen for this resort..

This property was probably good in its day but is now very dated. Not helped by being poorly maintained and dirty. Young staff try but it really needs a good manager who can direct the available resources to tidy the place up and provide something like good customer service. It is a 3 star hotel at best and the service is 2 star. It has a vermin problem as well. Our party saw two mice/small rats in the bedrooms. Breakfasts at weekends are an unimaginative smmall buffet. During the week ig is selection from a small menu. Meaming that a an adult gets the same size breakfast as a small child. Go somewhere else as this place will disappoint you.

Check-in was quick and efficient. Though I booked the room with my credit card, security deposit is only taken in CASH, no card. Checkout experience was negative, no front desk personnel till 7:00am. I had to checkout and leave early, but nobody was there.

Room 306 is a very disappointing room one can occupied. Phone has no dialtone so if youneed any servic, you hace to go down thru stairs since they also dont have elevator. Worst shower head ever. Lamp messes up. Will not stay anymore forever.

Beware of mice

I had a bed and air conditioning. That’s all. The place is dirty, the condition of the rooms is in big need of maintenance and good management. I had mice in my room and I was lucky to get one trapped and removed. Cannot say the same for the others who kept eating whatever I had with me. There were animals stuck to the ceiling and had to ask many times to get them removed. The only good thing about the place is that it’s located in a gorgeous place and triathlon training here is a dream. I only chose this place because everything else was booked. Would I come back? No, if I have a choice.

When I arrived at the hotel on July 12,2023. there was no front desk person to check me in but they did leave a note and a key. So I self checked in. Went to my room on the second floor and I was welcomed by couple of unwanted guest - cockroaches. Room was spacious but very outdated, dirty, black mold and this weird green slime running out of the AC and down the wall. Bed was hard and pillow stink. Just a bad experience- but I’m there to scuba dive. NOW, This is when it gets real - I stayed from July 12 and checked out early to go to a different hotel on July 18. Between these date, they didn’t make or tear down the bed, no clean towels, no replenish water bottles and no toilet paper. After asking and calling numerous time - I final went to the convenient store and purchased toilet paper and water. Upon Checking out housekeeping went to check my room and he took a picture of 3 drops of coke on the sheets. The front desk said I had to pay 500 pesos for spilling coke in the sheets. I was like ummm ok but can I have the sheet? She said “No, we will wash the sheet and use them again” I was like sorry but not going to pay for this scam. I told them I had to buy my own toilet paper and water. I proceeded to say you didn’t bring me clean towels, replenish my water or change my bedding in 6 days after I ask numerous of times. People STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

フィリピン渡航歴が多く、滞在歴が長い方なら、総合評価は普通かと思います。 フィリピン初心者の日本人の方は、衛生面、機能面、ホスピタリティが厳しいと感じます。 新婚さん、カップル、記念旅行だったら他を勧めますが、フィリピンに住んでいるファミリーだったら良いと思います。 ちなみに自分が次に泊まることは無いですね。 【室内】 ベッドは普通、掛け布団がペラペラのシーツではなく比較的しっかり。 サービスウォーターは人数分あり。 隣の部屋のテレビが爆音で丸聞こえ。 ビーチサイドの歌声が深夜0時頃まで響き渡る。 エアコンは問題なく効きます。 【シャワールーム】 シャワーは熱湯が出るので水と調整すれば良し。 アメニティは歯ブラシと固形石鹸、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディジェルは常備。 ドライヤーは無し。 バスタオルが置いてなかったのでオーダー(友人の部屋も)。 虫が死んでた(フィリピンではよくあること)。 トイレの水の流れは弱め。 【ベランダ】 隣の部屋から簡単に覗ける＆乗り越えられる。 外に水着や服を飛ばされるから要注意。 【その他】 プールは大人にとっては浅い。 ビーチは泳げたもんじゃないくらい汚い。 プールサイドにはベッドが一つだけ。イスはある。 コンビニまで歩いて2分くらいで近い。 治安が良すぎる。 映えそうなポイントは近隣にいくつかあり。 朝食はフィリピン料理がメインで毎朝変わる。フィリピン料理が苦手な人には辛いと思う。 アメリカンローカルな雰囲気と落ち着いた街並みで、のんびりしたい人には良い。 近隣に飲食店が多いので困らない。 車かドライバーがいないと移動が辛いかも。トライシクル、ジプニーは一切いないです。タクシーはいます。

テレビが映らないので問合せするとすぐに新しいテレビと交換して頂きました。けどwifiの環境が悪く映る時と映らない時がありました。 エアコンが調節できず電源のON/OFFができず体調を崩してしまいまた。 清掃も行き届いておらず最悪でした。 二度と泊まりません。

Hotellet trenger oppussing, det er generelt gammelt og slitt. Pluss for store rom og balkong. Aircon på rommet kunne ikke justeres, gardinene holdt på å dette ned, var gamle og skitne. Teppet i gangen helt forferdelig. Uansett, bra lokasjon og fin underholdning med live band ute om kvelden.

Das Hotel / Resort ist ca 30 Jahre alt , Steckdosen der amerikanischen Besuchern angepasst ,Bad und Dusche sehr vernachlässigt ,Fliesen defekt und die Fugen schwarz schimmelig ,ebenso Badewanne es läuft fast kein Wasser ab ,nur ein Badetuch vorhanden ,keine Handtücher . Der Bengsitzer des Hotels investiert kein Geld mehr für die Instandsetzung .
