The NH Hotel Olomouc is located next to the stadium of the local football club, in just 15 Minutes you can walk from the hotel to the historical city center of Olomouc. We have been the second time in the NH Hotel. Both times the bed for our 6 year old son was not prepared, even though we booked both times a room for 2 adults and 1 child, it seems to be, that there is a lack of communication between the administration and the house-keeping. After requesting the bed for our son, they brought the bed, but without pillows for our son. The breakfast-buffet is goof, just bread or bagels didn´t match our expectations. I had to waiit in line for my check-out for about 20-30 minutes, because just 1 counter was open, even though there were 3 receptionists + Manager present, they didn´t open a second counter.

disappointment

I have been staying at this hotel for the third year and every year between 4 and 5 times, and I always park in the hotel's parking lot, which is free of charge. This time they surprised me and asked for a payment for the parking , of course I explained to them that they never charged a fee for the parking and if they insisted that I pay I will stop staying with them, they ended up not charging for the parking, nor could I use my points due to a problem with the computer system.

Skvělý na kongres i za přáteli

Hotel je opravdu velmi čistý, příjemný a veškeré zázemí skvěle připravené, včetně pokoje. Chválím i spoustu bezpečného parkování a skvělou snídani. Vzdálenost do centra je v docházková a vzhledem ke komfortu hotelu jako velkorysé novostavby je tak pro návštěvu Olomouce a okolí ideální.
