The room was clean, but they could clean the limescale from the shower glass. Slippers, a bathrobe, and a safe were available. The breakfast was good, but the selection was average and most things disappeared quickly and were not replenished. What we missed were bedside tables.

We were satisfied with Executive Suite No. 331. It has a beautiful large terrace with seating and a magnificent view of Olomouc. The room has A/C, comfortable seating, and a very spacious bathroom. What we missed were bedside tables, the TV could have been bigger, and there was a step in the middle of the room. The room was clean, but they could clean the limescale from the shower glass. The breakfast was good, but the selection was average and most things disappeared quickly and were not replenished.

Spent two nights here. Our entire stay was memorable and very comfortable. We were in room #241, a large room with sweeping views. Lovely and clean, well-appointed. Delicious breakfast and friendly and helpful staff, especially Ana. Onsite parking available. Easy walk too all city attractions. Highly recommend!

Very nice Hotel hidden away from the main Square, so about 10 minutes easy walk. Reception staff are the jewel at this Hotel so polite and friendly. It's an old building, so so expect strange shape rooms, but however. Perfectly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful and almost a Million choices, both fresh and tasty. Maybe it was the kind reception staff who reserved a table for us, as my mother at 84 can't climb the stairs very fast, so reserving a large table without the climb was kind and thoughtful.

The area and the quaint building were very nice, giving a sense of the good side of Olomouc. Also, the breakfast was excellent. If I had to say something, the heating was not very good. It would be desirable to improve the curtains and to prepare spare hangings in advance.

Great location. Not so comfortable stay.

Big room. Some nice touches like a large bathroom with separate shower and tub. Good amount of storage. No fridge, no AC, lobby smells. Great location! Decent breakfast. Extremely loud if you have people above you. Couldn’t rest or sleep.

Hotel fine - parking limited

Very centrally located hotel in the old part of town. Beautiful exterior and reception. Room surprisingly old fashioned compared to the reception area. I had understood that garage parking woukd be available but when we arrived the parking was full. There was no street parking anywhere nearby and even car park nearby was full. Due to tiredness from a long long drive combined with old narrow one way streets plus google maps not really knowing the way around Old Olomouc we used best part of 1 hour to finding a parking house. Not an ideal arrival by any means. The receptionist was very apologetic and it was not her fault but maybe it should be made clearer that parking is limited and arrive early if you want parking....... Breakfast was very good.
