"Second time staying here & overall another positive experience. It's a great hotel, with excellent facilities if you are a cyclist and with a perfect location in Oudenaarde. Only downside on this visit, we stayed 3 nights & the room was serviced but no coffee, milk etc replenished. Also the fire alarm went off in the night and people were evacuating themselves, no staff available to help or explain. Then after standing outside for 10 minutes the alarms stopped. Still no staff explanation. Not very good if there was indeed a fire!! "

"Clean room, staff friendly, great amenities,the bed was super comfortable, just little advise; i didn't see phone in the room to call the receptionist to ask to use the WI-FI if available should be presented either at the check-in or in the room But overall deserves 5 star from me,i would stay again without doubt "
