"For a lodge charging $500 per night for a standard king room, we expected a peaceful, relaxing experience in the Catskills. Unfortunately, our stay was the opposite. The biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. Our bed was positioned directly against the wall behind the main entrance door, so every time someone entered the lodge, it sounded as if they were coming into our room. We could hear conversations, every door slamming, and virtually all the noise from the common areas. On...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Inn. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. After a long day of hiking it was great to have a restaurant and bar right on site. The menu had a lot of delicious looking options and our meal was very satisfying, The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent stay."

"awesome spa"

"The special game room in the back yard that is screened is excellent 👌."

"The property was clean, but they need some communication with the guest. they should have someone to welcome the guest. We found a letter with some instructions on the from door only. We did not see no body."

"My friend and I enjoyed staying at the bunk house a lot. We didn't spend a lot of time in town or around the property but it was very charming! Everyone was really friendly and helpful with any question we had. We will definitely be interested in coming back to stay again."

"enjoyed our stay. breakfast was nice."

"I have nothing negative to say about my stay! The inn was clean and safe and Cinthia was very responsive and accommodating. It is a perfect location to access various hikes and other interests in the Catskills area."

"The Howland House was situated in the most perfect spot in the Catskill Mountains! Very clean property, outstanding staff who never say no and go out of their way to help you.... The only thing I didn't care for, but not really a big deal, was that we had to share the 2 bathrooms down the hall with two other rooms. While the bathrooms were nice, they just weren't in the room we were staying in due to being sold out of the rooms with. The restaurant, Oliver's, was quite lovely and attached to the...

"Overall amazing stay! Location, staff, food, aesthetic and coziness all 10/10!"

"Location in downtown Woodstock was great- parking was easy. Loved the rooftop patio - great place to enjoy a coffee. Rooms were very nice and large."

"Nice weekend stay. The hotel had everything that we needed."

"Breakfast room needs to more spacious and good handle electrical devices like , micro oven , toaster , .. that would be more efficient for the environment. Thank you"

"We had a lovely two night stay at The Meadowood. It’s a quaint Victorian bed and breakfast in a very convenient location. Our room was cozy, clean and comfortable and furnished with antiques. The country breakfast served was delicious and was served in the dining room. The innkeeper, Tonya is very welcoming and informative. Upon arrival, she gives a little history of the inn and your room, asks about breakfast preferences and what time works best for you. She also relates all of the amenities...

"We thought that the setting was very nice but we had some issues. Not all of the blinds closed. The soap/body wash/shampoo dispensers were faulty and we had to remove the dispensers in order to use. Couldn’t regulate the heat and were either cold or hot. There was a family with children above us and there was constant thumping from above. The construction of the place did not provide for adequate noise mitigation. I think if we had stayed one night,or even two, it might not have been as...
