"Always a great stay. Conveniently located. Amenities were clean and operational. Staff is nice. Rooms and common areas are clean. AC and heat worked great. Only negative is that I forgot my shampoo and had to use theirs and it was basically water. But that’s IF I had to complain about something. "

"I booked 2 nights and had to cancel the second night and switch hotels. My room reeked of weed the entire stay, the beds and pillows were terrible uncomfortable, the AC unit was loud and my toilet ran off and on all night. The price was inexpensive so I jumped on it because I expected better from a Wyndham. No one was ever at the front desk. Only positive was the coffee machine in the lobby "

"We did not have the best stay on this trip. The toilet did not work in the first room so we needed to relocate to another room. The nightstand lamp did not work. The remote did not turn the tv off. The tv volume maximim setting was barely sufficient to hear it from the bed. The room was on the first floor with the window facing the back parking lot; each morning around daybreak the big trucks would idle loudly for 20 minutes. The shower sounded like a huge whistling tea kettle for some unknown reason. The indoor pool was not open. The staff was very attentive and courteous to meet our needs. The breakfast was good and the lady that keeps everything fully stocked and clean was very friendly and efficient. Overall, this Holiday Inn Express was good for the nightly rate but needs some TLC. "

"We loved everything about this hotel except the nearby trains. It’s right on the river, beautiful. The room and grounds were very clean and well kept. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and had a variety of pillow firmness. Would definitely stay again."

"The lobby smelled horribly. Imagine cat urine and peppermint is the only way to describe the smell. Unfortunately my room was on the first floor and it smelled like the lobby. The WiFi was extremely unstable. The connection would last 5 minutes and then drop. I would re-log in and stay connected for 5 minutes. This went on last night and very early this morning. The man at the front desk was super friendly but I would never stay there again. "

"Charged an extra fee for an additional person (booked two double beds). Buyer beware. Hundreds of nights booked through hotels.com and never have been charged an extra fee. "

"Breakfast choices were so limited and nothing was being refreshed. Coffee was cold. I had to ask someone for yogurt as they were looking at their phone. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower (completely empty). Worst thing was we went down for breakfast at 8:30am and when we went back up to the room to get our stuff and check the keys no longer worked. They had locked us out at 9am! This happened to others as well that I talked to in the halls. I had to run back to the front desk and get the key updated (waste of time and this made me late to leave). When checkout is 11am why would you be locking people out anytime before that?! Every time I talked to a staff member they were on their phones and not paying attention. Very disappointing."
