Os quartos precisam de renovação. Precisamos trocar de quarto , pq o ar condicionado não funcionou na primeira noite . O segundo quarto no bloco 4 estava mais novinho . Tem muitos incetos dentro dos quartos. Tudo bem q fica em área verde mas mesmo assim incomodam bastante. Café da manhã fraco e caro. Os funcionários são gentis e prestativos . O hotel é gostoso, gostamos do quarto, amplo, limpo, tem varal o que ajuda bastante, camas gostosas. O que deixou a desejar foram as piscinas, precisa de um manutenção e limpeza melhores. A piscina principal de adultos já acordava suja e cheia de protetor solar. Gostamos do café, muito bem servido e com variedades, tudo bem gostoso. No domingo tinha fila para o café. Eu voltaria para o hotel mas em dia de semana. Achei muito cheio no final de semana. Tem uma catraca exclusiva para o parque thermas dos laranjais, isso também foi bem legal, porém parque lotado de final de semana, como eu disse só voltaria mesmo de dia de semana.
