"The A/C was not working in our first room so they put us in a second room. The A/C ALSO was not working in the second room. The front desk staff was not helpful and kept trying to blame us on the issue even though their maintenance staff had come to our room and said there was nothing they could do. Finally after moving three times we found a room with a working A/C. Hotel staff did not apologize or offer any further accommodation. Very disappointing."

"Recently stayed here as a group of 16 people for a Hen Party. This is possibly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in - from the minute you are greeted through the door you're met with friendly and helpful staff, as well as beautiful interior design. "Clean room but hallways under construction…they do painting while guests pay for rooms made the stay seem tacky, not very professional. 6/10 because they rented a room to us while under construction. "

"Close proximity to Dublin airport. great value for what was provided, well stocked gym, spacious room with a fridge! Towels, toiletries provided. Shuttle service to airport very convenient. Had a lovely meal in the onsite restaurant.Our only regret is instant coffee seems to be always provided! In Canada, we have coffee pots the room with pods of coffee that test so much better!"

"We stayed at The Lucan Spa two different days during our trip as we were driving through Ireland and it was not too far from the airport. I can’t say enough about the staff - we arrived early and we were able to leave our luggage there with no problem. I injured myself and they were genuinely concerned and extremely helpful. "I was extremely impressed with the Ruby Molly! The room itself was excellent - an extremely comfortable bed, fantastic climate control, a great shower, and lots of other top flight amenities (plenty of charger options, Bluetooth speakers, and work area). "If you need a lot of room, the Jameson Suite was amazing. Watching the tide change was nice. The view was beautiful. A bit far from town for restaurants. They say you can walk there but you really can’t. Taxis are very good though and the wait was not long. Worth the travel though. Cute little town to visit close by."
