Thats why we love visit Germany

Near centrum in Oldenburg. Oldenburg is definetly worth a visit. Hotel staff was super service minded and nice. Big plus for 'genuine German' food at restaurant! Restaurant staff was extremely dedicated and proffesional. Rooms are bigger than average and parking is cheap at hotels 'Tiefgarage' Even though, we changed the trip, only friendly staff was there and tried to make our day. Highly reccommended, for genuine experience in Germany's hospitality. Very reasonable prices. Both rooms and food

I thought I paid for double as shown when I select the room I wants and it turns out to be a single bed. I’m very disappointed about not enough details shown before making payment. It was not showing single bed request after. Which I didn’t notice after payment. I got to see this at the hotel. I’m very disappointed with details not adequate enough on Expedia website. Thank you.

Wir hatten eine grosse Suite aus 2 Zimmern, mit schönem Bad und großzügiger Terrasse mit Ausblick. Schön war der relativ große Pool, wie auch das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück.

Ich war nur für eine Nacht hier! Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, die Unterkunft gepflegt. Man kann gut zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen. Für einen Städtetripp sehr zu empfehlen.

Gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut! Leider haben wir die diversen Schilder bzgl. Zimmerreinigung überlesen! Wäre sinnvoll wenn beim Check In diese Option erwähnt wird damit man wenn eine Rückkehr ins Zimmer am späten Abend erfolgt nicht überrascht ist, dass kein Zimmer/ Handtuch Service erfolgte!!

Ich bin zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer was sehr klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend war. Leider war die Dusche veraltet und der Duschkopf war sehr wackelig, sodass der Duschkopf mehrmals runtergefallen gefallen ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück und Mittagessen war vielseitig und sehr ansprechend.

Zimmerreinigung erfolgt nach vorheriger Buchung. Einrichtung etwas betagt, Frühstück im Hotel gebucht und mit Kreditkarte gezahlt. Hotel speichert die Kreditkartendaten und bucht nach checkout erneut ab obwohl mit Expedia gezahlt wurde.Warte seit 4 Tagen auf die Rückerstattung.

Das Zimmer / Appartement war geräumig, allerdings sehr hellhörig (Straßenlärm) und nicht einwandfrei sauber (vor allem im Badezimmer hätte besser gereinigt werden müssen). Die Küchenzeile war in sehr schlechtem Zustand und ebenfalls nicht sauber. Der TV hat außerdem nur sehr eingeschränkt funktioniert. Das Frühstück hat mir gut gefallen. Große Auswahl und viele leckere, frische Backwaren, bestimmt aus einer sehr guten Bäckerei. Leider hat mich beim Checkout niemand gefragt, ob es mir gefallen hat und ob ich zufrieden war. Das empfinde ich als schlechten Service.

Das Hotel ist einfach ausgestattet, liegt dafür aber in einem Wohngebiet - also zur Erholung gut geeignet. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca 2-5 Min zu Fuß erreichbar; mit dem Bus ist man in ca 15 Min in der Innenstadt.

Bei der Ankunft wurde ich extrem nett empfangen, selten habe ich eine Angestellte mit soviel Kommunikationstalent erlebt, die in der Lage war den Gast gleich mitzunehmen und ihm ein Gefühl von Wertschätzung und Verbundenheit zu übermitteln. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, sonst wäre es ein perfekter Aufenthalt gewesen.
