"Looks like the 80s with the decor Shower pressure is horrible And was just a very basic cheap like hotel not what id expect for the price"

"Easy to locate. The cabin was neat and tidy and staff very friendly. A short drive into Rockingham and the beach."

"A very satisfactory experience for a sleep over."

"Clean room, very nice staff. The only negative things is that you have to pay $25 for parking. And the parking is not part of the hotel so you have to walk less than a block down the street to get to the car. Other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"Did not see the value for what it cost, and the TV didn’t work"

"The staff were the best thing about this stay. The room was ok, clean and everything I'd expect from a motel. However, my room faced onto a large public car part that served a pub, restaurant and the biggest bottle shop I've seen. It was used by young people to kick a ball around. I needed to sleep early, but was woken at 10:30, just after the doors were closed, by a youngster asking if I'd let him through my room to the back so he could retrieve his football. I refused. They hung around then...

"Great base for one or two nights if you’re on a budget. It’s a converted warehouse but smartly turned into a hotel with basic but perfectly clean rooms. Breakfast is a nice little bonus too. Nothing gourmet but was helpful to grab a small bite before leaving. Plenty of parking. WiFi was good. We also appreciate the earlier check in. Value for money excellent. Thank you."

"Fantastic hotel. We stayed in the historic garde cottages which have been beautifully & sympathetically restored. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus. The speakeasy bar Gimlet with complementary daily drink is a perfect spot for a relaxing pre or post dinner drink."

"Great stay - perfect location for what I needed. Staff were fantastic, rooms were just what you need and the restaurant was great! Will stay again."

"Good clean room, close to the beach"

"The place is okay, but honestly, it could be so much better. No in-room dining options. We were told we could order breakfast downstairs at the bistro and take it back to our room, which isn't exactly premium service. Breakfast was disappointing. We were asked how we'd like our eggs cooked, although I'm not sure why they bothered. My over-easy eggs looked like they'd been splattered into the pan and forgotten about. I sent them back. My wife's poached eggs came out hard. Not sure why getting...

"I had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean, comfortable"

"Nice room in a quiet location"

"Excellent place to stay, beautiful views across the river to the city and close to eateries and ferries to city. Would highly recommend ."

"Cleanliness. High quality breakfast. Friendly helpful staff"

"Very nice property in a beautiful location. It would have been great to have a shuttle available to the ferry. An Uber was asking $33 for a one mile trip. Walking with luggage was more cost effective."
