"Clean and spacious room with good space design and a nice chaise next to the window- a happy surprise. A small balcony with two chairs to let in fresh air. Really nice sheets and bedding, comfortable bed. Not much in the way of amenities- bathroom products needed refills, almost out. We were disappointed that there were no cups that could have been put in the microwave for the tea that I brought. Only foam cups that would have melted. Otherwise a pleasant stay."

"Basic hotel. They do include breakfast. While it is a hot breakfast, it is low quality. Overall, I felt it was not good value. Outside corridors."

"Room was somewhat clean, however signs of previous stains on walls and counters. When I made the reservation it was for a queen size bed. But because the bed was horrible we had to purchase a full size air mattress for my wife to sleep on (that’s how bad the bed was ) compared to the air mattress it definitely was not a queen bed as the air mattress and the bed were the exact same size. We will definitely not stay here again."

"LOUD! There was an event and we booked a family room. The noise kept waking the children after 10 pm. After the second phone call it got better and was able to get some sleep. Room was clean and spacious! The amenities were great. We have stayed here before and not had an issue though were always previously in a rear room not near lobby and the room where events are hosted. So next time will request a room at back of resort! "

"The location was perfect. Only a few minutes away from the Safari West, which is highly recommended only a skip away from Santa Rosa period great food eateries out, including downtown I believe Healdsburg overall facility had very nice genuinely friendly staff poodles to them and their Management team overall, a very great vacation for me my wife and my daughter"
