"I had a very nice three night stay here. Comfortable bed and bathroom, nice breakfast and indeed bar and dinner, helpful and efficient staff and plenty of parking. I will be back for a couple of nights next spring, and will also try other hotels in the chain."

"A picturesque cottage and garden with very clean, well appointed modern facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very helpful."

"Very clean, Tom the barman was very helpful. Not far to town centre."

"I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. "This place is absolutely amazing it is all you need for somewhere to stay, I have stayed here twice now and have had a perfect chill getaway each time."

"Clean and tidy with good facilities, great for a week time work stay"

"Lovely Hotel, staff very good and rooms comfortable. Only complaint was it was a Saturday night and they shut the pub at 10.40pm when we had come back and wanted a drink and as a resident have never been refused even after closing time of 11pm let alone before and thought was very poor service."

"I've stayed here before - and come back. For me, at 88 years of age and no longer driving, it's better than the nearby 4 star Hotel. It's super convenient for my association with the parish church - Boston Stump, Saint Botolph, an easy walk from and to the railway station. Courteous and prompt telephone response for access to the Key Code access (Key Code is changed after visit). Recommended!"

"En-suite and bedroom clean and ideal for business overnight staff"

"A beautiful building but in need of renovating, most of it was clean but a lot of high dust and cobwebs, the dining room was not clean at all, tables needed cleaning and food left uncovered with flies around, the staff was polite and friendly."

"Stafff friendly, good location. Everything clean . .highly recommend xx"
